Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your appointment, please give us a 24-hour notice so we may fill your spot with another guest. We understand things come up and will make every opportunity to reschedule you to a more convenient time. We reserve the right to charge full-price for missed appointments and late cancellations.

A 48-hour cancellation policy is required for packages and couple's massages. Your package or couple's massage requires a credit card or gift card number to hold the reservation. The full amount of the service will be charged to your card or deducted from the gift card for missed appointments or late cancellations.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so you can relax and fill out any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may require the service to be shortened.
